Call to filmmakers for Entry the 2nd Shanghai International Deaf Film Festival 

The 2nd Shanghai International Deaf Film Festival will be held in September 2023. Starting from today, the festival is accepting online film submissions for the "Deaf Short Film Competition". Online registration for the competition is now open on the official website of the Shanghai International Deaf Film Festival at www.shidff.org.

The short film competition unit is also the main competition unit of this round of solicitation. It is open to all age groups, and only short film works are collected.
